Not only will there be musculoskeletal discomfort in the neck and back that continually nags, but also conditions such as headache, poor concentration and shoulder problems can be created by poor workstation set up.
Secondly, people are starting to purchase great gear to set up their home office. The issue arises if you buy all of the great gear and have things set up correctly, but fail to ensure that they are used correctly!
